Refund Policy

We would rather fix a problem than keep money we have not earned. This page explains exactly when you get a refund, when you do not, and how to ask for one. It applies to every order placed through tremblingmarketing.com and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Before work starts

Cancel within 7 days of your payment and before we begin work, and we refund 100% of what you paid. Work “begins” when we start the audit, request access to your accounts, or produce any deliverable — whichever happens first.

After work starts

You can stop at any time. We refund the part of the fee we have not yet earned, and keep the value of work already delivered. On request we send a short breakdown of what was completed and how the amount was calculated, so the number is never a mystery.

One-time deliverables

• Audit & Strategy. Fully refundable before we deliver the report. Once the report and media plan are delivered, it is not refundable — the work is done and you have it.
• Website Audit. Fully refundable before we deliver the written report. After delivery it is not refundable.
• Logo & Business Card. Fully refundable before we present concepts. After concepts are presented, we refund 50% until final files are delivered; after delivery it is not refundable. Revisions within the agreed scope are always included.
• Website development. Refunds follow the milestones in the signed quote, since scope and effort vary by project.

Advertising budgets

Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms. It never passes through us, so we cannot refund it. Unspent balances stay in your own ad accounts and any refund of them is up to that platform.

Bundle discounts and the free audit

Bundle pricing depends on ordering three or more growth channels together. If you cancel part of a bundle and drop below three channels, the remaining services are recalculated at their normal prices, and the value of the audit that was included free ($290) is deducted from the refund. We will always show you this calculation before processing anything.

Results are not grounds for a refund

As set out in our terms, we do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes or revenue, so a campaign performing below your hopes is not by itself a refundable event. What is our responsibility: if we fail to deliver what the proposal promised, or the quality is not what we committed to, tell us. We will redo the work or refund it.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, include your order number (it starts with TM-) and a sentence about what went wrong.

• We reply within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days.
• Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. Your bank usually posts them within 5–10 business days, and we cannot speed that part up.
• Partial refunds are issued the same way, for the calculated amount.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A conversation resolves it faster than a chargeback, which can take up to 90 days and freezes any refund while it is open. If a dispute is filed, we will respond with the order record, the proposal and the delivered work.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page and will change the date at the top. The version in force when you paid is the one that applies to your order.
